Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondent to grant permission to conduct Innisai Kacheri on 10.05.2017 at about 06.00 p.m. to 11.45 p.m., on the eve of Kodai Festival in "Arulmigu Sree Kambalathamman Temple situates in Veeravanallur village, Cheranmahadevi Taluk, Tirunelveli.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondent to give necessary permission for conducting Innisai Kacheri programme in the place mentioned therein, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus. 2.Mr.K.Guru, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondent.

3.It is seen from the records that on 28.03.2017 a representation has been given, but the same has not been considered. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

costs and the respondent is directed to look into the representation dated 28.03.2017 and dispose of the same within a period of two days.
