ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 5 to consider his representation dated 04.03.2025 seeking deletion of the subject property in Survey No.190, T.S.No.2, Allinagaram Revenue Village, Theni Taluk, Theni District, from the Kallar Jari register maintained by them.

2.Heard the arguments of Mr.S.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the petitioner, he and his wife purchased the subject property situated in Survey No.190 under six different sale deeds from P.S.Parthasarathy and others. The details of the sale deeds and the vendors' name are given below.

5485/2018 Theni Nandakumar Elango 4.It is stated by the petitioner that his private property has been wrongly included in the Kallar Jari register maintained by the respondents. Therefore, he submitted a representation on 04.03.2025, seeking deletion of his property from the said register. The same has not been considered till date. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents would submit that the fourth respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer is the competent authority to consider the representation of the petitioner. Hence, the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.03.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other interest parties.
