ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner repeatedly, by way appearing before the second respondent police under the guise of enquiry without due process of law.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner's husband was arrayed as A1 in a murder case and after investigation, the petitioner has also been impleaded in the said murder case.
3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
