Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent herein to remove the illegal encroachments put up on Keeraikara Street and Vanjiammal Koil Street in Ward No.26 of Karur Town, Karur and to lay the roads on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 04.07.2016 and within the time stipulated by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.V.Kannan For Respondent No.1 : Mr.K.Guru, Additional Government Pleader.

For Respondent No.2 : Mr.D.Raghu

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the second respondent to remove encroachments which are in existence in the place mentioned therein, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus. 2.Mr.K.Guru, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the first respondent and Mr.D.Raghu, learned counsel, has taken notice for the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.It is seen from the records that on 04.07.2016, a representation has been given by the petitioner, but the same has not been considered. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

4.In fine, this writ petition is allowed in part without costs and the second respondent is directed to look into the representation dated 04.07.2016 and dispose of the same within a period of one month.
