ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are in judicial custody since 20.08.2018 for the offence punishable under Section 420 of I.P.C, in Crime No.250 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. They seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 19.08.2018, the defacto complainant handed over the chain, for polishing, to the petitioners.
After, polishing of the chain, the de-facto complainant stated that there is loss of weight in the chain. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that he was arrested on remanded into judicial custody on 20.08.2018 and the shortage of the jewel was recovered from the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent submitted that no previous case is pending against the petitioners and also the loss of weight of the chain was recovered from the petitioners.
4.Considering the above facts and circumstances and also considering the period of incarceration of the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Aundipatti, Theni District. (ii)the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation;
