ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7264 of 2026 dated 27.04.2026. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail. 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned counsel for the State of Tamilnadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the above, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge/ Presiding Officer, Special Court under E.C and NDPS Act Cases, PUdukkottai, weekly thrice i.e., on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 5.The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly. 27-05-2026 Rmk To The Inspector Of Police, PEW-Thiruverambur Police Station Trichy.
