ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] Though the petitioner has complied with the conditional order belatedly, in view of the subsequent development, resulting in the issuance of sale notice, which has not gone through for want of bidders, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, including approaching the respondents. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
