This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and interfere in civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and do Kattapanchayat in a civil transaction pertaining to bank loan amount in Bharat Digital Vision, D-62, 11B, Cross Street, Thillai Nagar, Trichy.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent, the third respondent police has conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed. Therefore, no complaint is pending as against the petitioner herein.
