Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus,calling for the records pertaining to the impugned resolution of the third respondent in Serial No.8, Item No.129/18, in Na.Ka.No.12959/16/Aa3/RAMA dated 18.02.2019 as well as the impugned order passed by the second respondent made in Na.Ka.No.12959/16/Aa3/RAMA dated 27.02.2019, quash the same and consequently direct the fifth respondent to hand over the charge and administration of the fifth respondent school to the petitioner Jamath.

ORDER

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel for the fifth respondent, this writ petition stands disposed of in the light of the subsequent development and proceedings of the first respondent on 29.03.2022.

2. By the aforesaid proceedings, the first respondent has stated that scheme is under preparation and the election is to take place in the Palli Vasal, as per the new scheme. The existing committee of the fifth respondent shall continue up to 16.02.2023.

3. Considering the above, I direct the respondents to formulate the scheme for the petitioner's Palli Vasal as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and thereafter hold election for the office bearers for the Palli Vasal. The continuance of the existing committee of the fifth respondent shall be only in terms of the scheme to be framed by the first respondent. No costs.
