Arulmighu Sri Piramandal Swamy at Periyakottai scheduled on 02.08.2019 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2019 within the time stipulated by this Court. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to give Police protection to the petitioner to conduct poojas in the family temple.
2.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.
side) takes notice for the respondents.
4.The grievance of the petitioner is that they are proposed to conduct some poojas in the family temple, wherein, the third respondent / wife of the petitioner's brother is causing problem. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation to the second respondent seeking for Police protection and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence the present petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.
6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
