*********** [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the respondents 4 to 7, on allegation that they have mis-appropriated the fund given by the Government for various welfare schemes.

2.There are no materials before us to arrive at a prima facie conclusion that the allegations against the respondents 4 to 7 are true. In the absence of any such particulars, it will not be possible for this Court to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the respondents 4 to 7.

3.We, therefore, dismiss the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to produce materials to substantiate the allegations. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
