ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble P.VELMURUGAN J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 67 days in preferring the above Tax Case Revision.

2. Mr.S.Karunakar, learned counsel, accepts notice for the respondent and submits that he has no serious objection to condone the delay.

3. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the records.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 67 days is condoned and this petition is ordered. 5.Registry is directed to take the revision case on file, if it is otherwise in order and post the revision case for hearing in the usual course.
