PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD) No. 6749 of 2025 dated 15.04.2025 on the file of this Court.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 6749 of 2025 dated 15.04.2025

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 6749 of 2025 dated 15.04.2025, is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for 2/3
