RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed on petitioner in CRL.M.P.No.1063 of 2023 on the file of Judicial Magistrate,Lalgudi dated on 12.04.2023. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUNDAR R Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.1063 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalkudi, on 12.04.2023. 2.

Now the grievance of the petitioner is that since he is a practicing Advocate, he is not in a position to appear before the concerned Police Station till committal process is over. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition for the past 81 days. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalkudi, in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.1063 of 2023 on 12.04.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
