Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.A.EBENEZER, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14646 of 2018, dated 20.08.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is seen that there was a delay of morethan 10 days to execute the sureties and surrender before the Trial Court by the petitioner.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered on condition that the each of petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000 (Rupees One thousand only) to the credit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
