ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and necessary police protection to perform the cultural program ie., Adal Padal Dance Programme on 04.08.2019 at 09.00 p.m., to 12.00 p.m., in connection with Aadi Thabasu Thirvizha of Arulmigu Sri Sankaralinga Swamy Sametha Sri Sankareswari Thirukovil at Veeravanjinagar, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi District.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct Adal Padal Programme on 04.08.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 01.07.2019 to the second respondent and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.
