PRAYER :- This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.to direct the first Respondent for change of investigation in Crime No.399 of 2016 on the file of Respondent No.2 and entrust the same to Respondent No.3 for investigation of the case by a Competent Officer.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent for change of investigation in Crime No.399 of 2016 on the file of the second Respondent and entrust the same to the third respondent, for investigation of the case by a Competent Officer.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the second respondent Police conducted enquiry in Crime No.399 of 2016 and closed the same as 'action dropped' on 05.04.2016 itself.

CRL OP(MD). No.13210 of 2020 3.Therefore, at this stage, the transfer of investigation does not arise. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
