O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's complaint dated 24.03.2022 within stipulated time limit as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.03.2022 is pending before the fourth respondent.

3. In view of the above submission, the fourth respondent police is directed to take suitable action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.03.2022 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four 2/4

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further, the fourth respondent police should not make any attempt or direction to evict any of the parties from the disputed properties.
