ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srirangam, to dispose of Crl.MP.No.737 of 2023 on the file of said court within a stipulated period.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is he has a given a complaint under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., in Crl.M.P.No.737 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srirengam and the same was ordered and the complaint was referred to the first respondent for enquiry and further action. Event though the report was called for from the respondent police on 23.03.2023 and 06.04.2023 by the Judicial Magistrate, so far no report has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that during the course of enquiry found that the issue between the two groups of people over the administration of Dharga, so the recommendation was made on 15.02.2023 to the Revenue Divisional Officer / Executive Magistrate and he has initiated the action. 2/4

So on the basis of above the matter is kept pending.

4. Let the parties appeared before the concerned authority and participate in the above said proceedings and work out the remedy there itself.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
