ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondent to dispose the complaint dated 06.05.2022, launched by the Petitioner within the stipulated period as this Honble Court."

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is informed that the Tamil Nadu Medical Council has already initiated enquiry and had sent notice to the 2nd respondent but the same has been returned as 'no such addressee'.

3. The petitioner shall therefore furnish the correct address of the 2nd respondent to the 1st respondent. The 1st respondent shall thereafter hold an enquiry after issuing notice to the Petitioner as well as the respondents 2 and 3, consider the objections submitted by them if any and thereafter, pass a Speaking Orders after giving them an opportunity of personal hearing.

4. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
