PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 3 to 10 to implement the G.O.Ms.No.44 of Municipal Administration and Water Administration (Election) Department, dated 12.04.2023 and consequently forbear the respondents 3 to 10 from removing the advertisement boards and hoardings erected in their jurisdictional areas pending implementation and adjudication of license of the G.O.Ms.No.44 of Municipal Administration and Water Administration (Election) Department, dated 12.04.2023, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
