O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed to take contempt proceedings against the contemnors for non-obedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.27368 of 2024 dated 15.11.2024.

2. Heard, the learned Counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. This Court by order dated 15.11.2024 directed the respondents to survey the land after hearing the respective parties. However, when the initiative to survey the land was taken by the contemnors, an objection was raised by a third party. On the basis of which, the order dated 04.03.2025 was passed. Challenging the same, the third party has filed a writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.13416 of 2025. 4.Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed. 23.06.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes Sml 2/4
