ORDER
This writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission after dispensing with the notice to the respondents herein, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed.
2.This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to return the school certificates of the first petitioner, who had joined the second respondent college for B.Sc (Nursing), however, was unable to continue on account of his health conditions.
3.Under these circumstances, the 2nd petitioner/father of the first petitioner has given a representation on 16.05.2025 to the respondents for return of the certificates, as his son was unable to continue with the course. Since no adverse orders are proposed to be passed, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the second petitioner's representation dated 16.05.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
