The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to close the TASMAC Shop No.5324 at 15-B, Mettupatti, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District, on the basis of his representation dated 10.11.2020.

2. After accepting notice, the learned standing counsel appearing for the third respondent Corporation, has produced the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5324/S/2020/D, dated 26.11.2020, as per which, the Shop No.5324 at 15-B, Mettupatti, Vadipatti Taluk, has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Page 1/2
