ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are in judicial custody since 01.08.2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 448 and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.116 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to Panchayat election between the petitioners along with A-1 and the de-facto complainant, the A-1 threatened the de-facto complainant for withdraw his nomination, but Panchayat election was postponed, the de-facto complainant and A-1 maintained animosity between them. Thereafter, the petitioners trespassed into the de-facto complainant's house and damaged the two wheeler and some articles. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent. He would further submit that the petitioners were arrested and remanded into judicial custody on 01.08.2018. Hence, he prays for grant bail to the petitioners.
5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that no injury from the de-facto complainant. He would further submit that there are eight previous case is pending against the petitioners.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and also considering the period of incarceration of the petitioners from 01.08.2018. As such, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions: (i) the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tiruchirappalli.
(ii)the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation;
