ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w Section 20(b)(ii)(c) and 29(1) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.122 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is seen that it is a case arising under NDPS Act. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is having 4 previous cases in similar nature of offence. 3.Taking note of the previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
