ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to provide police protection to the petitioner and his family members for living peacefully in the petitioner's house at Door No.39, Ward No.024, Devakottai Municipality, Sivagangai District by considering his representation, dated 20/7/2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has purchased a house at Door No.39, Ward No.024, Devakottai Municipality, Sivagangai District from one Tmt.Kaliammal, by way of registered sale deed. Now, the fourth respondent is threatening the petitioner not to live in that house. Hence, seeking police protection against the fourth respondent, the petitioner gave a representation before the respondents on 20.07.2022.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 20.07.2022 is available with the third respondent.

4.Recording the said submissions, the third respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.07.2022 and take suitable actions on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
