ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused 1 and 2, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(2) and 351(3) BNS, in Crime No.559 of 2026, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Counsel for State of TN (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners have been charged for the bailable offences and as such, the question of granting anticipatory bail does not arise at all.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
