ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to ensure the ordinary, decent and routine life of the petitioner and his family members by taking appropriate action against the excommunication activities of the fifth respondent and to ensure the petitioner's Mandagapadi in the Muthumariyamman Temple, situated at Velloor Village on the basis of his representation dated 17.04.2026. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu (Crl.side) would submit that peace committee meeting has already been scheduled on 28.05.2026, i.e., tommorrow and that summons were also issued to the parties concerned.

3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to conduct peace committee meeting and take a decision in this regard. No costs.
