ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly made a submission that the issue related to transfer of common cadre employees working in Cooperative Societies were decided by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and the claim of the employees were dismissed. Thus, the petitioner is not entitled for any relief. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
