The petitioner is the father of Sugamalar. She was found missing. Hence, this writ petition came to be filed.

2. I directed the second respondent to cause production of the petitioner's daughter. Today the petitioner's daughter appeared before this Court. Even as per the birth certificate, she was born on 04.11.2003. She is 18 years of age. The petitioner's daughter made it clear that she does not want to go back to her parents. Therefore, no further direction can be issued.
