ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that the order of this Court passed in W.P.(MD)No.19857 of 2017 dated 11.11.2024 has not been complied with, has filed this contempt petition.

2. This Court, by its order dated 12.08.2025, directed to issue statutory notice to the respondent.

3. Pursuant to the same, the Contemnor, namely, the General Manager, TNSTC, Virudhunagar Region, is present before this Court today and submits that the order of this Court passed in W.P.(MD)No. 19857 of 2017 dated 11.11.2024 has been complied with. They have calculated the benefits payable to the employee and they have to pay the balance amount to the employee. The Contemnor also assures that they would pay the balance/arrears amount to the employee in six equal monthly installments.

4. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
