ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J) After some arguments, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Habeas Corpus Petition, with liberty to challenge the Government Order, in and by which, the petitioner's son has been detained under Trichy refugee camp and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. This Court heard the submissions of Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State.

3. In the light of the endorsement made, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. If the petitioner is so advised and if it is available under law, she is at liberty to challenge the said Government Order, before the competent Forum. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
