This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned District Munsif Court, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District to dispose the original suit in OS No.71 of 2020. ORDER: This Civil Revision Petition coming under the caption for extention of time on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 12/08/2024 and upon peusuing the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif(F.A.C), Paramakudi vide Letter in D.No.190/2025 dated:24.06.2025 this Court made the following order:

By order dated 12.08.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Case in O.S.No.71 of 2020, within a period of seven months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.190/2025, dated 24.06.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order dated 12.08.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.
3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 12.08.2024.
