Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SELVAKUMAR S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to condone the delay of 48 days in filing the above Revision.

CRL MP(MD) No.10002 of 2023 condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.250/- (Rupees Two Hundred and Fifty only) to the credit of Women Advocates Association, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court (Account No:- 770357420, IFSC Code:- IDIB000H040, Indian Bank) within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this Petition shall stand automatically dismissed without further reference to this Court.
