Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certioarified Mandamus, calling for the record pertaining to the impugned award dated 27.03.2014 passed in I.D.No.57 of 2011 quash the same insofar as denying the petitioner the reinstatement as a permanent workman / Driver in the 2nd respondent Corporation with continuity of service, backwages and all other attendant benefits and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service on regular basis in the post of Driver with continuity of service, backwages and all other attendant benefits.
