This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing second respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 05.05.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on receipt of the representation from the petitioner, the second respondent had conducted a detailed enquiry and FIR has been registered in Crime No.177 of 2021, for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 176, 506(i) IPC.
