This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai to complete the trial and dispose of the case in C.C.No.93 of 2016.

2. It is seen from records that Final Report was filed by the respondent police on 07.06.2016 and the same has been taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai, in C.C.No.93 of 2016. Thereafter, the case is being adjourned time and again and the trial itself has not effectively started in this case.

3. Taking into consideration the facts of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai to dispose of C.C.No.93 of 2016 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
