ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by NOOTY.RAMAMOHANA RAO,J) This writ petition is instituted seeking for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to take stringent action against the sixth respondent for interfering with the affairs of the college based upon the representation said to have been submitted by the petitioner on 13.08.2016. 2.The sixth respondent is described as a former Principal of the said College. It is stated that he has retired from service of the said college on 31.05.2016. We fail to see as to how the petitioner nurtured a grievance against a former Principal.
If the sixth respondent is truly interfering with the affairs of the college or the affairs of the Governing Body or Managing Committee of the college, even after his retirement from service, the Governing Body or Managing Committee of the college will take appropriate measures for preventing the sixth respondent from indulging in any such unauthorized act. The writ petitioner need not have to spring to the rescue of the management. We see no public interest involved in this writ petition and hence, we have no hesitation to dismiss this writ petition, at the admission stage. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed No costs.
