O R D E R

This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.03.2017 and to direct him to grant an emergency leave of 5 days to her younger bother, namely, Manikandan @ Nagendra Bhoopathi, aged 39 years, undergoing life sentence in Central Prison, Madurai.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation for emergency leave given on behalf of the Life Convict Manikandan @ Nagendra Bhoopathi has been considered by the authorities and the same has been rejected by order dated 03.04.2017. A copy of the order has been furnished to this Court.

3. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
