This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the charge sheet in connection with Crime No.373 of 2017, pending on the file of the respondent police.
2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent.
3. Perused the materials placed on record.
4. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.373 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a charge sheet or closure report, as the case may be,under due intimation of the defacto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
