O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The case of the writ petitioner herein is that some mistakes had crept in with regard to the petition mentioned property during UDR.

3. It is the second respondent who is the authority competent to correct such errors. The petitioner appears to have erroneously moved the first respondent. To call upon the first respondent to forward the same to the second respondent, this writ petition has been filed.

4. Such a course of action is not necessary. The petitioner is permitted to file a fresh petition before the second respondent. It is well settled that there is no limitation 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.16324 OF 2021 for filing such petitions. After the receipt of the petition from the writ petitioner, the second respondent shall dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. The second respondent is obliged to issue notice to the interested parties before passing final orders.

5. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
