This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct temporarily installation of lord Ganesh statue in near to the Registrar Office Bodi as part of the Vinayagar Chathurthi Festival on 05.09.2016 morning 5.00 to 06.09.2016 evening 5.00 o' clock in Bodi City, Theni District.

2.Mr.R.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent undertakes to consider the representation of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner dated 26.08.2016 within a time limit to be fixed by this Court.
