ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 420, 465, 468 & 471 IPC in Cr.No.24 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 18.01.2019, this Court referred this matter to Mediation and Conciliation Centre and the issue between the parties has been amicably settled before the Mediation Centre as follows:
6.The following settlement has been arrived at between the parties hereto:
1.The Petitioner has agreed to execute sale deed in favour of the 2nd respondent and her daughter namely Mercia within 3 months from the date of this Agreement by executing sale deed in favour of the 2nd respondent and her daughter for four plots measuring about an extent of 12 cents situated in Survey Nos.169/1B, 169/1C, 169/1D, 169/1E, 169/2A, 187/6C, 187/6D and 187/7, Sholanguruni Village, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District by obtaining necessary Government Approval from the authorities concerned. The 2nd respondent has agreed to bear all the registration expenditure for the same.
2.The 2nd respondent and her daughter Mercia has agreed to cancel the sale deeds executed by the Petitioner in document number 2810/2003 and 2820/2003, on execution of sale deed executed by the petitioner in favour of them for the plots comprised in Survey Nos.169/1B, 169/1C, 169/1D, 169/1E, 169/2A, 187/6C, 187/6D and 187/7, Sholanguruni Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District. 3.The 2nd respondent has agreed to withdraw the complaint in Crime No.24 of 2018 pending on the file of the first respondent on execution of sale deed by the petitioner in favour of them. 4.Both the Parties have agreed to enforce the terms of this agreement, if any one of them violated/defaulted the terms of this agreement, affected party can approach the appropriate Court of Law. 5.Both parties have entered a compromise agreement (Tamil Version) as enclosed herewith.
