ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on his complaint dated 07.04.2025.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the 3rd respondent attempted to fence his land and it was objected to the petitioner. Therefore the petitioner was beaten up by the 3rd respondent on 23.03.2025. The petitioner has lodged the complaint on 07.04.2025 and has filed this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and therefore, they have treated the complaint as current paper enquiry.

4.Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 17.06.2025 DSK Internet : Yes / No.
