This civil revision petition is filed for a direction to direct the District Munsif-cum-Rent Control Court, Bodinayakkanoor, Theni District, to dispose the petition in RLTOP No.1 of 2021 within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

2.According to the petitioner, he filed a petition in RLTOP No.1 of 2021 before the District Munsif Court cum Rent Control Court, Bodinayakkanoor, Theni District, for cancellation of rental agreement as well as for recovery of the petitioner's property from the respondents. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that even after a lapse of 3 years, the said RLTOP petition is kept pending without any progress. At the instance of the respondent, the case has been adjourned periodically without any valid reason. Hence, he prays for early disposal. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned District Munsif-cum-Rent Controller, Bodinayakkanoor, Theni District, to dispose the RLTOP No.1 of 2021, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without any unnecessary adjournment, after affording sufficient opportunities to the parties concerned to put-forth their contentions, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
