ORDER

The petitioner with an allegation that the second respondent police is harassing her under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that it is only a family dispute and based on the complaint given by the third respondent, an enquiry has been conducted in CSR.No.224 of 2024 and it is closed on 29.06.2024. Further, he submits that the petitioner has also lodged a complaint on 03.07.2024 and the same is pending.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is also going to withdraw her complaint. 4.Recording the submissions made on either side, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
