ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN, J.) Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the order of this Court dated 04.01.2022 passed in W.P.(MD)No.15934 of 2019 has been complied with on 05.09.2023.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader further submits that in order to give an opportunity of hearing, a notice was issued to the petitioner, however, he was not present before the respondent. Thereafter, the respondent, by proceedings dated 05.09.2023, considered the petitioner's representation and rejected his request. A copy of the proceedings dated 05.09.2023 is also produced before this Court.

3. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law, if so advised.
