This Criminal Original Petition has been filed on 11.11.2020, praying to call for the records pertaining to the impugned charge sheet in C.C.No.190 of 2013 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruppathur, in connection with Crime No.42 of 2012 dated 15.03.2012 on the file of the respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal and as against this petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for petitioner, second respondent and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent are present and they have submitted in one voice that the C.C.No.190 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruppathur, was dismissed as abated.
