This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to direct the 2nd respondent to give Police protection for conducting the Temple festival of Aadi Pongal in the Thenmalai Karuppasamy temple situated at Sithivinayagar Kovil Street, Sivagiri, Tenkasi District with peaceful for the following 3 days on 11.08.2022, 12.08.2022 and 19.08.2022 and to consider the community people's representation dated 16.07.2022 2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents 1,2 and 4. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner 16.07.2022. 2/4

4.In view of the above, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.07.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on or before 09.08.2022.
